PLANNER
Rohan is a Planner with Malone Given Parsons Ltd. He has carried out market research and market analysis for various commercial and retail developments, assisted with preparing proposal documents and economic development strategies. Carrying out these projects allowed Rohan to acquire experience in provincial, regional and municipal planning policy, retail/commercial inventories, economic impact evaluation, and analysis of demographics and forecasts. Prior to working at Malone Given Parsons Ltd, Rohan worked in the public sector for the Region of Peel and Metrolinx, which developed his experience in strategic policy and ridership forecasting.
In his spare time, Rohan loves to play squash and soccer as well as travelling whenever he has free time.
