Since joining Malone Given Parsons Ltd. in 2012 as a planner, Matthew has carried out market research and market analyses for a variety of commercial and retail developments. Through these projects, Matthew has gained experience in consumer survey preparation and analysis, regional and provincial planning policy, organization and analysis of retail/commercial inventories, analysis of demographic and housing forecasts, and economic impact evaluation. Prior to working at Malone Given Parsons Ltd., Matthew gained valuable experience from his work in the public sector. This experience has given Matthew knowledge in regional and municipal policy analysis, review and interpretation of Official Plans and Zoning By-laws, site plan assessment and analysis, and the preparation of proposals and reports. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys a variety of sports including soccer, football, and volleyball, as well as photography.
