Lincoln has been with Malone Given Parsons Ltd. as a planner/market analyst since 2007. He is responsible for market research, land use, feasibility and economic impact analysis, contributing to market impact and opportunity studies, economic development studies, economic impact evaluation, land use planning and development management and employment and residential land needs analysis. Lincoln’s experience includes the preparation and analysis of consumer surveys, building retail/commercial inventories, assessing residential, commercial, and industrial land needs, generating employment and population growth forecasts, reviewing provincial and regional statutes and policies, Official Plans, and other land use control tools, preparation of report materials and exhibits for Ontario Municipal Board Hearings. In addition to local projects, Lincoln also has international experience completing projects in the Middle East and South Asia. Since being bit by the travel bug recently, Lincoln enjoys researching new places and visiting exotic locales in his free time.
